AI deployment for operators

AI built with you, not sold to you.

Independent AI deployment for operators, founders, and C-suite leaders. I sit beside your team for 6 to 10 weeks, ship working systems your managers actually use, then leave you running.

10 questions, under 5 minutes, on your phone.

Why this exists

Most operators aren't behind on AI. They're surrounded by it and have nowhere to land.

You've seen the ChatGPT demos. You've read the case studies. You've talked to three consultants who quoted six figures and a year of "transformation."

What you need is one engineer who knows your floor, lives in your stack for a quarter, and walks away leaving your team with something that runs without them.

The AI Adoption Journey

Three levels. Honest about where you actually are.

Level 1

Curious

You've heard the noise. You haven't shipped anything that stuck.

  • One operator. One headache. One working system.
  • 6 weeks. Foundation Sprint.

Level 3

Leading

AI is in the workflow. You want a peer to think with, not a vendor to manage.

  • Monthly review. New systems as they make sense.
  • Ongoing. Peer Partnership.

Target outcomes by week 6

The numbers I'm aiming for. Not before, not testimonials.

These are the operator-grade targets I set on day one of a Growth Engagement. If I hit them, you keep the systems. If I don't, you've still walked away with documentation, training, and a working stack your team can run.

Weekly priorities

2 hrs 20 min

Replace the Sunday-night planning ritual with an AI brief that pulls from last week's signals.

New GM ramp

6 wks 2 wks

Operating manual lives in a queryable system, not in three people's heads.

Guest sentiment review

4 hrs 15 min

Weekly synthesis of reviews, surveys, and DMs into one inbox-ready brief.

Monthly P&L review

Full day Afternoon

Variance flagged automatically. You spend the time on decisions, not spreadsheets.

How I work with you

Three shapes. Pick the one that matches where you are.

Foundation Sprint

$5,000 · 6 weeks

One specific headache, end to end. You hand it off in week 3 to the person who runs it now.

Peer Partnership

$5,500 / month · 3-month minimum

A standing monthly call and new systems when the work asks for them. The relationship the build grows into, once your team is running and you want a peer, not a vendor.

Where this is built to lead.

What's actually in a Growth Engagement

Six things that are always in the box.

01

A personalized one-pager

Day 1 deliverable. Your operation, your stack, your three priority wins, on a single page you can hand to your team.

02

Weekly 90-min working session

Your team in the room. I build the next system live with you, on screen, in your tools. No deck-and-leave.

03

3 to 5 production systems

Real workflows running in real tools. Notion, ChatGPT, Claude, Plaude, your CRM. Whatever fits the headache.

04

Runbook plus Loom per system

Written documentation and a screen recording for every system shipped. The person who owns it can fix it.

05

Direct access between sessions

Slack or email. 24-hour response window on weekdays. Real human, no support ticket.

06

30-day post-engagement check-in

One follow-up call after the engagement ends. Catch the things that broke when you ran it without me.

Kiumbura N. Githinji

Who you're working with

One engineer. Not a team. Not a firm.

I'm Kiumbura. Senior Computer Science student at Monmouth University with a Mathematics minor, IEEE/ACM Chapter President, and AI Project Coordinator at VectorVerseEvolve.ai. Based in Bergenfield, NJ.

I'm focused on bridging engineering and business needs to ship impactful software. deploai is how I bring that work directly to operators, founders, and C-suite leaders who want a builder, not a consultant.

You get one engineer who shows up, builds in your tools, and trains your team to own the work. When the engagement ends, the systems are yours.

If this is a fit, you'll know on the 20-min call. If it's not, I'll say so on the form before you book.

Common questions

What operators ask before they reach out.

How is this different from a consulting firm?

One engineer, fixed scope, fixed price. No partners, no associates, no white-paper-then-invoice pattern. You hire me to build the systems and train your team on them. When the engagement ends, your team owns the work.

What's the time commitment for my team?

4 to 5 hours per week from the operator (you) and 1 to 2 hours per week from whoever will own each system. One 90-min working session, plus async review of what I shipped between sessions. I work the cadence out with you in week 1.

What if I already use ChatGPT and Notion?

Better. I start with what's in your stack and make it do more. I don't push a tool stack. I push working systems on the tools you already pay for.

Do I own the systems after the engagement ends?

Yes. Every system, every prompt, every runbook is in your tools, on your accounts, with your team trained on it. I don't host anything for you. There's nothing to lose if you stop working with me.

What if my biggest headache doesn't fit your three packages?

Say so on the form. The Foundation Sprint is built to fit a single specific headache, and if it's bigger than that I'll scope it with you on the 20-min call. The packages are the common shapes, not the only ones.

If this is a fit, the next step is a 20-min call.

10 questions tells me where you are. If it lines up, you book the call on the next page. If it doesn't, I'll say so on the form.
